Day 121
Day 121. Darcy went fishing, so the kids and I hopped in the truck and went to my parents house. They have a bush in behind their house, so the kids, Grandma Betty, Ryder and I went out and added more sticks to their fort. What a great fall day. Check out my pic of the kids with the "heart" tree I found. Awesome photo.
Day 120
Day 120, Just a normal every day around my house. It looks as though these two do not get along, but the reality is they really do love each other. :) Ryder bugs Peanut every chance he gets. Peanut LOVES the attention to a point, but her never scratches Ryder. Not sure why not. I would if I were Peanut. :)

Day I HAVE NO IDEA :(
I have not blogged in FOREVER!! SO sorry, my new years resolution is not totally broken. I will try harder to keep up. I been busy taking family portraits for friends. But I am back (hopefully).
OMG I was lucky at the beginning of the year because Mackinley would not bring her note back at the end of last year to say she would be in band, she started off the year in Core enrichment (not sure what it is). Some crazy child dropped out (sorry if it was your child) of band which Mackinley was on a waiting list for band. Second week of school she came hoome with a flute. OH NO, help me. No it is not like band was way back in the day when the band teacher kicked you out because you sucked (not that Mackinley sucks, she is actually pretty good, way better than myself). Broddy is still playing the recorder this year, he is pretty good on the recorder, but it still makes my ears bleed. :)

Day 118
Day 118 Epcot, one of my favorite parks.
The misters to stand under, you have no idea how wonderful these things were. We had days that got to 101 degree's. I do believe that temperature is a fever!
Self explanitory ;)
Phinias and Ferb
This is us in "Canada".

Day 117
I
I am not kidding, this really is where the Magic Begins! Truly AMAZING!!
Cinderella's Castle. Let me tell you there are some super rude people though. I did have the best spot to take this photo of the kids, but some rude dudes just stood right in front of the kiddies, so I shuffled them over. Goodness!
Our first ride was "It's A Small World". I made everyone go on this because I was dying to ride this. I LOVED IT. I made Broddy make a scared face. HA.
Splash Mountain WAS FABULOUS, and anything that got you wet and cool was GREAT. It was also a little scary. ;)
Ha what a great pic. I thought I should make this our family Christmas card this year, I will keep the Man in and I shall call him Juan.
We decided to sit on the street and watch the parade. this was at 3:00 pm and we were extremely grumpy and sweaty.
Poor Brods, that misty fan was our best friend.
The Mood totally changed when the parade started. This was truly the Magical part of our day. This just made everything better. I held back a few tears. It was amazing. Mickey, Minnie and all the others. NO words to describe the feeling. It truly is a must do!

Day number 1 in Disney. It is HOT. But we battled through. Found out that the sun get the hottest around 1:00 pm until about 5:00 pm. You could also set our watch to the rain. Every single day it rained for at least 10 mins.

Day 116
Day 116
On our way to Florida. Our first "BIG" family trip. Mackinley, Broddy and My first ever flight. Broddy LOVED flying. I cannot say the same for Mackinley. She was VERY worried about the plane ride. As for me, well I didn't get to be afraid (though I was, since I was not in control of putting my foot on the "brake") I had to be strong for my daughter. I will fly again though.

Day 115
Day 115 OH looky what I tired, Puppy cookies......
such an easy recipe and I added just a little extra to it! :)
So Fun.
Ryder Man waiting so patiently by the stove for 40 whole minutes for the cookies to be done.
OOOOHHH......CAN'T WAIT.
THEY WERE A HIT! He loves them!!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour {whole wheat, white or another flour if your dog has gluten sensitivities}.
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup peanut butter{smooth or crunchy}
1 1/4 cups hot water
Extra flour if need for dough stickiness and for rolling.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix dry ingredients together first.
Mic in the peanut butter and hot water. You may need to add additional flour if the dough is too sticky.
Knead the dough well.
Roll out the dough into 1/4 " thickness and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.
Optional: Make an egg wash{one egg whisked}, and brush on the cookies before baking. This gives the cookies a nice sheen.
Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Turn off oven and allow cookies to cool in oven over night.
The cookies will be get good and hard, just the way dogs like them!
Our cookies lasted two weeks and than started to turn. So be sure and check them every few days for freshness.
PS I added a little bit of beef soup base mix to them to give them a beefy taste. RYDER loves them!!

Day 114
Day 114 I hope these pictures don't creep anyone one out, these pictures may be odd to some people but to me this is one of my very favorite spots. This is Skalholt Cemetery a quaint Icelandic Cemetery located in Sprucewoods. If you get to Sprucewoods Provincial Park, instead of turning into the top campground, continue driving east as far as you can drive you will stumble upon this little treasure. Why on earth is this one of my favorite spots? A missing piece of me is buried here. Marjorie Sigurdson (not sure when she added the extra S to her name), my Gran. My family and I come here at least once a year (though I would love to come here more, is busy and Gran would truly understand.) to leave little angels and have a talk and let her know that she is still loved. Also Buried here is her husband Simon and her son Tim which are directly behind her. I find so much peace here. Love and Miss you alsways Gran. Til we meet again <3
